Ajwain Seed Rasam : Healthy Recipe for Indigestion for Female

· 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
· 2 Red Chillies
· 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
· 1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain

· 1 Red Chillies
· 1/4 tsp Turmeric
· 5 chopped Garlic
· 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
· 1/2 liter Tamarind Juice
· 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
· 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
· Salt
Make a fine powder out of all the Rasam Powder ingredients

Add Fenugreek and mustard seeds to hot oil in a pan and add Garlic, cumin seeds into it. Now fry for 1 mints.
Add Tamarind Juice, Green Chilies, Salt, Curry leaves, Turmeric, and Ajwain Rasam Powder in the pan allow to boil for 10 mints.
After 10 minutes, take it off the heat and enjoy the flavor either drinking it hot or enjoying it with rice.
