According to a writer who assisted Donald Trump in ghostwriting his book, Trump might have removed records from the White House to sell as presidential memorabilia in the future.

An author who once collaborated with Trump on some of his books has a hypothesis as to why the former president might have removed some White House records.

The material that Trump may have transported to his Florida home after leaving the White House is expected to be the subject of the FBI search.

In February, the National Archives urged the DOJ to look into whether Trump had broken the law by transferring official documents from the White House to Mar-a-Lago.

The upscale resort was frequently referred to as "the winter White House" while Trump was president.; now its only residence.
